Our solution provides an enhanced digital experience to Standard Life’s personal customers and to their Financial Advisers thereby increasing engagement and significantly improving satisfaction. Together with IBM we implemented a best of breed platform; launching the first site that allowed a user to apply for a pension online without needing to go through an IFA whilst also enhancing the IFA experience allowing them to better support their customers.
