The Brief

Our major utilities customer relied on businesses submitting their own meter readings on time. Because many don’t, a substantial number of bills issued are based on estimated usage. Consequently there are thousands of inbound billing enquiries.

Our Solution

Our design workshops resulted in an elegant mobile interface coping with the complex scenarios including submission of gas and electricity meter readings for multiple premises, tariffs and user types along with bill payment, usage analytics and historical data, all driving a significant decrease in estimated bills and enquiry calls as well as the behaviours of facilities managers within customers’ premises.
