The Brief

Our major utilities customer relied on businesses submitting their own meter readings on time. Because many don’t, a substantial number of bills issued are based on estimated usage. Consequently there are thousands of inbound billing enquiries.

Our Solution

Our design workshops resulted in an elegant mobile interface coping with the complex scenarios including submission of gas and electricity meter readings for multiple premises, tariffs and user types along with bill payment, usage analytics and historical data, all driving a significant decrease in estimated bills and enquiry calls as well as the behaviours of facilities managers within customers’ premises.

Website for TESCO Mobile Ireland

The Brief

TESCO Mobile Ireland had a dated customer self-service website which was difficult to use, resulting in a bad user experience. We have been asked to help with a redesign and implementation of the self-service site.

Our Solution

Working closely with the TESCO team, we quickly provided a design concept showing a greatly improved interface. TESCO were impressed by the design and requested it be implemented. Within a 8 week timeframe our team designed, developed and deployed the updated site.

Our solution provides an enhanced digital experience to Standard Life’s personal customers and to their Financial Advisers thereby increasing engagement and significantly improving satisfaction. Together with IBM we implemented a best of breed platform; launching the first site that allowed a user to apply for a pension online without needing to go through an IFA whilst also enhancing the IFA experience allowing them to better support their customers.

The Brief

Aviva engaged us with a view to becoming a highly-rated Aviva’s Independent Financial Adviser web solution. The old platform was not well received by the IFA community, and Gartner ranked Aviva in the bottom-left quadrant for their IFA Web Access, compared with Standard Life who were ranked Top.

Our Solution

We implemented their IFA (Independent Financial Adviser) Portal. This was part of their re-branding from Norwich Union but it wasn’t just about a change of name it was about a whole new way of doing business, focusing on new content, new functionality and a new look and feel. The Adviser Portal supports around 40,000 of Aviva’s Independent Financial Advisors.

Our client is a brand-new hotel/ hostel for Millennials. The concept of the hotel built on the 3 key factors of Artificial Intelligence (IBM Watson) for an outstanding Customer Experience, smart building control, and aspirational modular room design.

We have been asked to come up with a creative for a smartphone application that is pushing the boundaries of innovation whilst addressing our hyper-connected target audience of Millennials with a engaging, social, and fun experience that hasn’t been done as such before.

We developed the ideal customer journey with focus on smart queuing, quality of service and retail environment, and mobile ordering and payment, for both end-user as well as pub staff. Factors of entertainment, rewards, and social engagement were covered consistently across the whole journey/s.
